13tbajee Terms & Conditions

13tbajee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, games, betting markets, and promotional activities on the platform.

In this agreement, "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 13tbajee or is using any of the platform's services. "Bet" refers to any wager placed with real money on the platform. "Winnings" refers to funds earned from a bet.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Your account may be restricted until your age has been verified.
• If you access the platform from outside Bangladesh, you are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your country.
• 13tbajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or on-site notification.
• The Bangla version of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered the primary document.

To open an account on 13tbajee, you must register with accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false information may be terminated at any time and all balances may be forfeited.

Each member may only hold one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended and all associated bonuses cancelled.

• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address at the time of registration.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.
• Members are responsible for keeping their passwords secure. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to support immediately.
• Sharing your account credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• No one under the age of 18 may open an account. Proof of age documentation may be requested at any time.

Before placing a bet on 13tbajee, members must read the rules of the relevant sport or event. Each betting market has its own specific rules that apply to the settlement of outcomes.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash-out feature is active and the member chooses to use it. The only exception for bet cancellation is if the event itself is cancelled or postponed.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50; the maximum limit varies by market.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 13tbajee reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same event to gain an unfair advantage may result in account suspension.
• If a match ends before the scheduled time or is abandoned, 13tbajee will determine the outcome in accordance with its own rules.
• If any irregularity or suspicious activity is detected in the betting system, payments may be placed on hold until an investigation is completed.

13tbajee accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Occasional minor delays may occur due to network issues.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though bank holidays or technical issues may extend this to up to 72 hours.

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• There are no additional charges on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, 13tbajee may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.

13tbajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you are bound by the terms of that offer.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. If an existing account is detected or a device/IP match is found, the bonus may be voided.
• Withdrawing a bonus requires meeting the wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus balance may only be used to place bets on specific games or markets, as outlined in the offer details.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• 13tbajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The same individual or members of the same household may not claim the same bonus more than once.

13tbajee believes betting should be purely for entertainment. We care about the mental and financial wellbeing of our members and treat responsible gaming as our top priority.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A temporary self-exclusion (from 1 day up to 6 months) can be activated if needed.
• Once a permanent self-exclusion request is submitted, the account will not be reactivated.
• If signs of gaming addiction are identified, our support team will refer you to professional assistance.
• Account holders are responsible for preventing minors from accessing their account.

• Operating multiple accounts or committing identity fraud.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Evidence of illegal activity or money laundering.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward other members or staff on the platform.
• Attempting to bypass the security system.

To appeal an account closure decision, contact us at support@13tbajee.net. You will be informed of the outcome once the investigation is complete.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or payment, please contact the 13tbajee support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• Dispute submission deadline: within 7 days of the relevant incident.
• Disputes must be submitted by email, including a detailed description, screenshots, and any relevant information.
• The relevant funds may be held pending withdrawal during the investigation period.
• 13tbajee's decisions are considered final. However, members may appeal to the relevant regulatory authority if they wish.
